We are pleased to announce that Artifex Interior Systems has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o (IAC Slovakia), subject to mandatory regulatory approvals being obtained. We expect to receive these approvals in the coming months.
